Random title for today. maybe i'll start doing that for the month. LOL.

Anyways...I don't have too much new to write about. President Obama gifted us with our stimulus check this week so that was nice. I also got my $75 from doing the diaper survey and did get to keep the free diapers so that was nice. I think i may have changed my mind and the next time we buy diapers i'll be getting some Pampers Swaddlers. They really aren't that much more $$ and they work better overnight. Once Kenzie starts moving around a lot more i think they'll be better too.

We are working on crawling with Kenzie because she is all about standing up and trying to walk. I hear EVERYONE tell me about how she needs to crawl first or else she'll hae developmental issues later. I dunno how true that is but i would like her to crawl first for my own sake. She doesn't show much interest in it but we'll keep at it.

We did introduce her to some solid foods and a sippy cup this week, both of which she is doing GREAT with.

This weekend is going to be pretty busy. Friday Joel will be helping to move his aunt into her new house! CONGRATS Susie! Saturday Joel has school orientation and then we have a bday party for our friend's little boy. Sunday is Kenzie's dedication, lunch with the family, and then Joel's company party at Churchill Downs. So it should be fun.

But speaking of Joel's orientation....i must talk about that. LOL the poor guy...he had to take the placement tests to see where he sat for the college level classes. Well he tested AWESOME in reading and writing....over 95% in each subject. But then we get to math. It took Joel ALL of HS to pass Algebra one. So on the math portion of his college test...they guy got a 28%. All i can say is that i hope Kenzie gets my math genes. LOL

Anyways, back to work for me!
