So I haven't been online very much recently but here is our 'weekend update'...

We've been having an ice and snow storm hit us all week long so we've topped out at about 6'' of snow and ice. The ice is mad crazy thick though so it's making everything really bad. The tree branches are toppling over under the weight of all the ice and causing power outages EVERYWHERE...even worse than that windstorm that hit us a while back but we've lucked out and haven't had any interruptions at all. THANK GOD!! The ice everywhere is absolutely gorgeous to look at, though dangerous, and today when we were out running errands, the sun peeked out and made the trees look like they were all totally made out of glistening silver! Sounds cheesey but really it was gorgeous.

I had my doc checkup and she said i looked great and was doing well. I've lost all but 6 lbs of my preggo weight so i'm psyched about that! hurray! My regular jeans 'fit' but they are still a little snug so i'm not quite ready for them yet. May never be but that's ok...more reason to shop for new clothes. LOL BF'ing (pumping really) is going ok....my 'supply' has dwindled, but it doesn't help that we had to stop giving Kenzie formula at all because she was getting so gassy. The doc suggested a different formula for gassy babies so we went out today and got that so hopefully starting tonight i can start to stock up again.

Kenzie is doing great and growing like a weed!! She is going to spend the night with gammy tomorrow night because we have a party for a friend who is going away for the Airforce and it will be a late night for us. I'll probably cry a lot and miss my girl, but the break and solid hours of sleep will indeed be nice.

today we had to buy the formula and diapers and wipes so it was our first big baby supply purchase....$60 later we left Target...lol. this lil girl is soooo spoiled though...mom got a new diaper bag for her...gammy got her a musical light up thing for the crib...diapers, wipes, formula, 2 shirts, geeze we spent a lot today lol.

Well i need to rock her back to sleep now...daddy woke her up...ugg....so i'm outtie!!
